Cavendish House

This project for Cavendish House involved a conversion from a mental health NHS building, to a 15 room student accommodation with a communal kitchen.

We took control of the electric design and install, along with the CCTV to ensure the safety of the students. We were also responsible for the cabling for the data install.

The nature of the job was high pressured with the design, installation and commission being completed within a 3 month period.
