This section of the project incorporated configuring the hot water controls for the building via rewiring controls and installing a new control panel, plus the power supply. We also ran out the remote sensor cables which was followed at the end of the project with the work being tested and commissioned.

Throughout this project, we introduced a new control panel controlling the ventilation to clear the smoke from the cigar smoking room. This was all linked to a heat recovery unit to improve the energy efficiency of the building. We had to control the temperature in the loft room via air conditioning, as well as the machinery.
