Portchester Castle

It was a pleasure to work on such a historic building in Portchester Castle, that can be viewed for miles from Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.

Due to the age of the building the installation took extensive planning and consideration to improve its longevity and keep potential damage to a minimum. The work completed involved upgrading the control wiring to Portchester castle, alongside controlling the different control gear associated with the heating required to make the installed system as efficient as possible.

We carried out metal conduit work, as well as fitting the panel, all of the isolators and then testing at the end. Following from this we completed a handover to the control engineers to commission and fine tune.
